Crotona Park is a 127-acre green space located in the heart of the South Bronx. It is the largest park in the South Bronx and has been a gathering place for Bronx residents for over 100 years.

Crotona Park is a vital open space in the heart of an urban setting. It is a rustic and naturalistic park replete with majestic trees, a freshwater lake, rock outcroppings, and winding pathways. The park also provides numerous recreational opportunities to Bronx residents with its 11 playgrounds, five baseball diamonds, swimming pool, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, and tennis courts. The park is also home to the Crotona Park Nature Center, which provides educational opportunities to Bronx youth year-round.
