It's a historical landmark. Anyone who is 50+ can look at a place they've gone to school at and feel nostalgic. When I look at the building, I can still see my teachers, and I remember lots of classmates from there. It has also serviced lots of prominent people.

The school closed years ago and the property has remained abandoned. It was always clean before, but now is in a state of disrepair. (Before 2004)
