Cycling with Habitat's Hal along the Belt Parkway bike path at sunset en route to Surf Avenue in Coney Island for a Nathan's hot dog reward.

The Shore Road "Bicycle Path" is much more than that, but that is what we call it. This pathway runs from the 69th Street Pier in Bayridge, Brooklyn all directly along the waterfront to Bay Parkway (traditionally called Caesar's Bay, but Toys R Us, K-Mart, and Modell's are the big stores there now). People of all ages and from all over come to run, ride bikes, fish, perform tai chi, walk themselves and their dogs, walk/run with baby strollers, read a book with the sun shining down on you or just look at the beautiful view by the Verrazano Bridge. It's hard to believe you are in Brooklyn.
