Ellen Brody

This is the oldest Dutch stone farmhouse in NYC, and one of the few surviving remnants of the Dutch period of NY's history. It is the only building of its kind in Ridgewood (and much of NYC), and one of very few green spaces in this commercial/industrial area. The house needs preservation and renovation.
